Charlie Regec literally grew up in a salon—her mom’s a stylist in her hometown of Allentown, Pennsylvania—and started doing hair herself at 15. After graduating from high school she moved to New York to train under Larry Raspanti at Bumble and bumble, and learn the nuances of hair painting and coloring methods. She has worked for Oribe and backstage at Marc Jacobs in 2008. Charlie considers Larry and Victoria the ultimate mentors, teaching her both technique and fearlessness, and says that being invited to join the elite staff at Whittemore House has been a career highlight.

Charlie represents the next generation of promising colorists at Whittemore, and her services are available at a reasonable price point.
